Subject: cafe salvador beans


A friend brought me some salvadorian beans right from the growers. They
are full city roast. For a while Equal Exchange carried them. So
perhaps some of you have experienced these amazing beans too.

I grind them using Rocky on 7 or 8 and brew them with Silvia. They
have a great taste and unusually wonderful aftertaste. However I am not
getting much crema.

I am wondering if any of you have experience in mixing these beans with
others to create an even better cup of espresso. If so what would you
recommend?
