Subject: illy cups

I was wondering if any one had any experience with a company "italian
corner .com". I ordered some illy cups, and they processed the order
but after one month never sent the cups. I emailed them and they sent
me a generic "we got your email, we will look into it, don't reply to
this email" response. My second email was not answered. I have American
Express looking into it, and I'm technically not out the money I was
just wondering if anyone had any experience with this company or maybe
how they do business in Europe.

They list a phone number- have you tried that? (see the bottom of
their page).

Hi Thanks for the suggestion, the two problems with it are the time
difference and they don't speak english. There is probable a lesson in
there somewhere. They sounded nice though.

Can you find an Italian speaker to help you call them? Won't have to be
bi-lingual, just look up words for order, date, delivery, status and a few
more.
