Subject: inlet solenoid valve make vibrate sound

Hi
Having A Faema Compact S1
I decide to clean the main valve so as part of the project I deasambled
the inlet solenoid
valve, after installing every thing back, the inlet solenoid valve is
make sounds of vibrate like a vibrate pump.
any idea what couse the problem the vibrate sound ?
