Where is the locking screw located on the adjustment ring on my mazzer super jolly.The ring will not move and I cannot replace the upper burr.Any help please

Many people just take this out and leave it out so you may not have one fitted if it is second-hand. With the screw removed, you undo the adjuster ring by rotating it _clockwise_ which is contrary to what you might expect . . .
