Subject: zach & dani's: can coffee be removed after roast cycle for manual cooling

I'd like to be able to remove the coffee at the end of the roast cycle, but before cooling, to cool the beans manually in a colander, using a high speed fan. Has anyone tried this? Is there any harm to the roaster by not using the built-in five-minute cooling cycle? Your experience and help would be appreciated. Thanks, Cy
