I am wondering if I brought this on myself, I was using firefox as my browser and there were some aspects I was not too happy about, this problem has arisen since I deleted the program !!! I have not yet put in Firefox as I like the IE7, but I was having trouble with my old Outlook and took the leap of faith. I like Thunderbird especially because I can color code the messages to know which need immediate attention, on which of several subjects that are dear to my heart. Maybe you can do that in Outlook too, but I also like being able to look at "Last 5 days" and if I need "All" that is just another "click". But I bet that now you have fixed your Outlook, you are happy as can be. Great! aloha, Cea
