As if anyone needs another reason to enjoy their morning/afternoon/evening
jolt, here is an interesting article on the benefits of caffeine for
runners...

Stupid active.com website won't open. Oh well. A nice jolt of
caffeine during a race seems to help. I have been using espresso
flavored energy gels as it seems this year the energy gel companies
have, for the most part, switched their gel favors with caffeine to
pseudo-coffee flavors. At least the ones that I can easily find.
