I am presented with the following 3 choices to order for my small coffee
bar/ Internet cafe.
Rancilio Tecna DE 2
Rancilio Mide DE 2
Rancilio Classe 10 SDE
Can anyone help me make a decision ?

dosage), or is this model not available in your region?

You can't always look here for a straight answer!
(example: someone writes to ask which home superauto to buy. the responders
all try to talk him / her out of buying one)
You have addressed the MOST important aspect of the investment -- the
ability to get parts and service -- WHERE YOU ARE!
the Tecna looks like a perfectly good choice.

Thank you Dave !! your words articulated my own thoughts perfectly ! So many
people assume that we are all in New York or London with access to
everything.
The TECNA seems ok to me also.

Which island? I can (at a minimum) get you free expert advice, but you NEED
to talk with Sam Bufalino ( rancilio@remasia.com ) if you're not already
doing so. If you're isolated, you need the best "no frills, easy to
maintain" machine/grinder combo you can get.
